Ten Years...

February, 2009 -- 2 years after Tom Mauser sent the Harrises an angry letter, they agreed to meet with his family to discuss Eric's killing Daniel Mauser. It's difficult to summarize the content of a meeting 10 years in the making. You can read the details here (offsite link).

March 25, 2009 -- Columbine : A True Crime Story by Jeff Kass was published.

April 15, 2009 -- Film Reunion debuts.

April 24, 2009 -- Film April Showers debuts. Written and directed by Andrew "Andy" Robinson. Robinson was a senior at Columbine in 1999. He was in the Tech Lab when the shooting occurred.

October 20, 2009 -- After turning down repeated requests for interviews over the years, Susan Klebold wrote an essay (offsite link) for Oprah Winfrey's O Magazine. In it she described the morning of April 20th, 1999, before her son Dylan left for school. She said she had no idea how sick and suicidal Dylan was until she read his journals after her son's death.

November 14, 2009 -- Survivor Sean Graves marries long-time girlfriend Kara Dehart. Sean works in financial services in Denver and is an ambassador for the Christopher and Dana Reeve Foundation, which advocates for research and improving the quality of life individuals with spinal cord injuries. Sean is taking working toward degree that will enable him to become a crime scene investigator.
